Fruit Juices

Fruit Purees

Available with us is an extensive assortment of fruit purees such as Mango (Ratnagiri,Totapuri, Kesar), Guava (Pink/White), and Pineapple Pulp. Hygienically processed, we offer these fruit purees at competitive prices. Moreover, on special demand of our clients, we also process pulps of other fruits like Litchi and Strawberry, on orders booked in advance.

We provide a vats range of fruit concentrates that are clean in appearance without the presence of any residue. Available in various flavors such as Pomegranate, Apple, Mango and others, these fruit concentrates can be customized as per the specifications provided by our clients. Frozen Pomegranate Juice Concentrate
 
Description: Produced by concentration of pomegranate juice obtained from pressing of fresh ripened fruit.
Appearance: Dark red, characteristic of Aarakta & Bhagava variety of pomegranate fruit.
Taste /Odor: Typical Pomegranate Fruit taste, free from any off flavor & Odor.

Acidity (calculated as % CAA @ pH (8.1): 2.0 - 3.0 (Natural)
pH: less than 3.8
Residual Cloudiness NTU/FNU (diluted to1 Brix): Maximum 150 at Less than 20 NTU at 14 Degrees.
Brix of clarified ultrafiltered juice % Transmittance at 480 nm: Minimum 0.40.
Sensory Evaluation (Single-strength juice): Characteristic taste of pomegranate fruit. No off-flavor.
Microbiology Total Aciduric Count: Max. 500 CFU per gm
Yeasts: Max. 100 CFU per gm
Mould: Max. 10 CFU per gm
Coliforms: Absent
Packaging: Frozen juice concentrate packed in food grade polythene bag (double liner ) in MS Drums.
